It's been a long time, but I'm hoping this might mark the start of renewed posting. Since this is a "double celebration" of sorts (my first new art post in years and also that this weekend is my birthday) I decided that showing a literal celebration would be fun. So, I present... a spanking pool party where the ladies are very definitely "in charge"!

It was my birthday the other week (October 2nd, to be precise), a fairly uneventful one by even my standards, but birthdays always make me think of spanking (though really, what doesn't?).

I'm sure many a 'vanilla' got their first adult spanking as a birthday tradition/rite of passage/party game, while being naughty at any age on your birthday (complaining about gifts, food, guests, generally acting like an entitled "It's my party!" brat) surely doesn't exempt the birthday boy/girl from a hot red bottom, does it? I still remember (a long time ago now!) turning 21 and receiving a silly over-sized wooden 'birthday card' in the shape of a giant key, which my family and friends all passed around and signed; being a hopeless lifelong spanko, my first thought even then was "I wonder what a birthday spanking with that thing would be like?"

Due to a more busy "real life" these days, this year I didn't get to run a contest or anything fancy this year as I'd considered (since the 2011 one was such fun!), nor have I done a new birthday-themed art piece.

Instead, I wanted to share something very special to me. It was first posted at my old Yahoo group way back in the early 2000's, but I felt it deserved a proud place here on my new blog, where it can be seen and enjoyed by all.

What better way for two wild party gals to celebrate the New Year than with a private party for three? B.Y.O.C. = bring your own cane!

The idea behind it was two tipsy ladies having a night of fun with their canes - and a hapless young man - in their apartment/hotel room; C.U.I = "Caning Under the Influence"! Perhaps not the safest or smartest idea (lots of potential for poorly-aimed strokes, reduced judgement of his limits, etc.) but unfortunately I don't think these two ladies have "safe, sane and consensual" foremost in their minds with a few drinks down and their private party in full swing... and he doesn't seem to be in a position to protest!

I wanted to make the spankers here just a little 'trashy', with their outfits, make-up and body language, while the spankee has definitely been thoroughly thrashed into submission! Vanilla porn seems to love 'Girls Gone Wild' type scenarios, and while I've personally never found the whole 'drunk girls' idea appealing, I wanted to sort of create a 'femdom version' of that concept here. Spanking genres (particularly F/m) also often deal with the whole 'spanked for getting drunk' scenario... I wanted to reverse that and have the spankers as the ones being 'bad'!

Although these two ladies here are clearly enjoying themselves, something about their expressions tells me they're definitely 'mean drunks'!

While I didn't really considered the trio's relationship to each other when making this piece (aside from the two ladies probably being friends), looking at it again now I find myself wondering mostly about who the guy is.

My favourite idea, I think, is that he's just some poor young 'wannabee stud' they picked up in a bar that night and lured back to their room with the promise of a 'threesome'! Or perhaps he's the boyfriend of one of them (caught cheating with the other lady, so both are getting some 'payback'?). Or maybe he's the shared boy-toy of both of them; best friends who believe in sharing everything, even boyfriends?

Whoever he is, for some reason I suspect he hasn't been allowed much to drink himself, compared to them... not even to dull the pain! A sober caning has a much better (and more amusing) effect, right?

Depending on their relationship to each other - and the ladies' moods! - I'm not sure how this party is going to finally end. Will he be on his knees all night? Will he finally be allowed into their bed, and if so will he be 'rewarded' for enduring their thrashing, or ordered only to please them... with no satisfaction for him? Alternatively, will be simply be left to sleep on the couch, nursing his welted, throbbing buttocks, while the two ladies retire to bed themselves? What do others think?

Whatever happens, I think it will be a night that none of them will soon forget (if they can remember it in the morning, of course!).

A final thought: good thing they're high up in that building, as they don't seem to have bothered pulling the curtains on the busy neon city beyond!

Oh, and it's a bit hard to read the labels in the finished picture... but the ladies are drinking 'Thrash Beer'. This (fictional) brand's slogan? "Serious Bite"

Birthday spankings! One of those things I often hear/read about as an adult, but experienced or even saw happen. I've often wondered if it was due to my age (i.e. it used to happen but didn't when I was growing up) or location (it was an American and/or UK tradition, but not an Australian one), but I've always been curious about the whole concept.

I can't help but love the idea of getting a sound spanking for no reason other than "it's your birthday"... that seems so playful yet so unfair! And of course, me being me, in my mind a birthday spanking isn't just a "patty-cake" play-spanking, but a bare-bottom full-on smacking with proper sting! Maybe not as bad as when you've really misbehaved, but certainly enough to make waking up on your birthday knowing a celebratory bun-warming is planned a nervous butterflies-in-the-tummy moment!

I'm not sure what the origin or purpose behind birthday spankings are, either. In my mind, though, I think the best 'reason' for a birthday spanking - especially for older teens and adults - is as a "you're never too old" reminded. Sure, you may be twenty-two today, but a spanking still hurts as much! And just because you're "grown up" doesn't mean you're safe from spankings, either! It's a nice reminder, whether for those in domestic discipline relationships, those still living under "mommy's" roof, or just those in need of remembering that you're never too old for a spanking!

Of course, for the spankers... a birthday spanking has the additional possible purpose of "just a good excuse to spank the birthday boy" (or girl!). And what better way to celebrate than to bare the guest of honor's trembling bottom and spank it rosy red in front of all the party guests?

That was my inspiration for the artwork here: a fun party held in his honor, but for their amusement. He's stripped naked - perhaps for his celebratory spanking, or perhaps kept in his "birthday suit" (hence the title) for the whole party? Apart from that silly birthday hat, of course! And the spanking is given in full view of all the guests, of course, as they all sing "happy birthday" over the yelps and smacks of the paddle, perhaps chanting out his age with every swat. Whether in good humour or not, he's definitely going to kick and howl by the time they're done, no matter what his age!

Which leads to the point: how many swats should a birthday spanking be? The spankee's age? In total, or "on each cheek"? Multiplied by a certain number? How many "to grow on"? Should implements be used and does that change the number of swats? Bare bottom, naked or over clothes/underwear if there are "guests"? And should it be done in a "party atmosphere" (after the cake, perhaps?) or privately in the bedroom in the morning or evening?

What are your thoughts on this artwork's specific scenario, and on birthday spankings in general?

Flashback: Party Pooper

One of the last pieces I did in my 'old days'... I can tell because it has so many characters in it, and when I started out my old computer couldn't handle more than three or four!

I wanted to do a 'party scene' for a while, so this was the payoff for me. My favourite characters here are actually not the spanker or spankee, but the lady in red sitting beside him, legs crossed and smirking as she "enjoys the show"... she just turned out really hot-looking, IMHO! With her thighs right in his face like that, I wonder if he'll get himself in more trouble against his spanker's lap? ;)

Speaking of which... what do you think he's getting spanked for? I'm pretty sure I was intending it was for ogling the other ladies besides his 'partner' (date? wife? girlfriend?). Maybe he was caught looking at the legs (or down the front!) of the dress of the lady in red, hence she's been afforded the prime seat to watch? Or maybe he was propositioning the serving girl/maid in the foreground? Heck, maybe he just made an off-colour joke at the party to the guy behind them, and the spanker took offense?

When the spanking is over, will she take him straight home... maybe for more spanking? Or maybe to 'apologize' on his knees? Or will they stay at the party, where he'll have to endure the sniggers and giggles and teasing of everyone who saw him getting his bottom soundly smacked?
